What to expect

INITIATE ENGAGEMENT

Client will connect with the Home Inspector and set a date for inspection. A pre-inspection agreement will be sent that outlines the areas of inspection and pricing.

INSPECTION DAY

Client will meet Inspector at the home. The inspector may arrive earlier to look at roof and exterior. Client and Inspector will do a complete walkthrough of the interior of the house.

INSPECTION WRAP UP

Inspection commences and final comments and discussions are concluded between the Inspector, Client and Agent. Payment is due.

INSPECTION REPORT

A detailed professional inspection report describing items discussed and any major concerns is sent to client within 24 hours.
